Norma's Kitchen
The brief
Norma's Kitchen is a cookery school passionate about empowering children with the skills and knowledge to cook healthy, delicious meals from scratch. Led by Jen, she brings the joy of cooking to schools through engaging after-school cookery clubs and unforgettable children's birthday parties.
The brief was to create Norma's whole brand identity and essential marketing materials, including a user-friendly website for parents and caregivers to easily book her exciting clubs.

The outcome
After a collaberation of idea sharing with Jen using a pinterest board, I had a good vision of a brand that she was looking for which conveyed vibrancy and playfulness, with a touch of rustic charm, targeted to her primary audience – children and their families.
The launch flyers were distributed to families, telling them about the clubs being held at their schools and directing them to the website. Within just one week of going live, over half of the clubs were fully booked! This overwhelming response continues as her school clubs consistently reach full capacity each term.

The website was expertly created using Wix, ensuring easy management by the client post-launch.
The online booking system streamlined the client's booking process, simplifying the experience for parents and caregivers and ensuring classes quickly reached capacity.
The site is perfectly optimised for mobile devices, ensuring a seamless experience for users on the go.
A bank of logos were created for various applications, including this submark specifically designed for placement on wooden spoons provided to participants during the classes.
As the business evolved menus were created for take home meals.
